Hello, My name Is Abbie I was born in South Korea and was adopted when I was very young. I grew up in St. Charles, MO and now reside in Phoenix, Az.


I currently enjoy traveling for work so I have many jobs that I balance day to day that put me all over the map. I gogo dance locally for a promotions company, and dance nationally for a house music dj. If I am not dancing you can find me bartending day time at a local bar, or modeling at different conventions or car shows. I have done several features in different magazines and I hope to keep adding to my list. I later decided that gogo dancing, bartending and modeling wasn’t enough. I also do sales on the side for a private jet company as well. It keeps my life pretty well rounded and busy. I love money!

In my free time I like to hang out with good company and go for drinks. This is something I try to do at least once a week. My favorite drink is sake or a berry 7up. I also enjoy shopping and dancing and eating at different restaurants.

  1. jasorngcntypnk am i the only one here that thinks dana is about the fame and power now and not mma. dana is a good hype man no doubt about it. but a sport can not surivve with it dictated by one man with a hugh ego. the thing is he is just punishing fighters for not being in the ufc. i knew the ufc was going down hill when they brought brock in for that wwe money. then the james toney thing made it worst. but when dana fired nate the once great over twitter and not in person, i knew it is only a matter of time before he drove ufc in to the ground. the ufc has begone to become stale. they had to bring 2 fighters from a rival to fight gsp. because there is no one else to challenge. and other then stann there is no one worth going up against silva. and if cain can shut down jds then with whats left in hw who is going to challenge cain? tuf has not brought any great fighters in a long time. they should keep strikeforce as a proving ground for fighters. show all the strikeforce for free and when a fighter becomes good enough for ufc the ppv it. that would keep mma going and give the fighters somewhat of a fall back and keep this sport moving forwards. High preiton, low carb, low fat, and lots of water.Sources of preiton: Chicken breasts, grilled tuna, protien supplements, turkey breasts, tofu.Sources of carbs: Baked sweet potatoes, whole grain wild rice, whole grain breads, fresh fruits.Source of fat: Avocados, almonds. (maximum 30g per day, this is low fat and you need fat to function).Ratio of preiton/carb/fat = 70%/20%/10%.Consume 500 700 calories (daily) less than you are burning while working out. You need enough calories to not lose muscle mass or deteriorate performance.This cutting program is designed to cut weight in 4 to 6 weeks. Return to normal diet after making weight. Not designed to lose more than 20 to 30 pounds. If you have a body fat % less than 6%, then this cutting method will not work. You’ll have to use water weight cutting methods, which are much more dangerous and I don’t tell people how to do them.Water consumption note :: 10 to 16 glasses (8 oz.) minimum per day, increasing by 4 to 6 glasses during days of heavy training; and NEVER distilled water. Add a zero calorie electrolyte powder to water in order to not flush electrolytes during training.

  3. its whatever you want, i think he was being a asslhoe, so i decided to not ask for any help from them. after awhile one teacher REALLY helped me out and gave me great advice, so i decided to ask him, and he explained alot that i was confused on. like: did i really needed very hard hits, or should i use my reach advantage and speed. he said that he would rather be tall and fast. im 6 foot, so thats pretty good i hear.he even sparred with me ( kicked my ass MAJORLY though) but he said i had potential in my skills, and i stayed in it
