everytime that i see alistair fight, is bigger and bigger

i dont like sayin im glad a fighter lost becausethey hav balls for doin wot they do…. but in this case i am jus because hari had made comments in the past that mma had no real strikers and that he would beat ne mma fighter in a k1 rules match, well i think overeem opened haris eyes an showed that mma does have good strikers just b4 shut them when he put hari t sleep

WTF! that was insane. I did not expect that. This is Badr Hari, one of the most decorated strikers in combat sport and he just got KTFO by Alistair Overeem. Props to overeem… this was absolutely insane and out of the blue.
I would rate this as big as a upset ive seen in combat sport.
Alistair is really hunger for battle now….he will fight anybody to prove who he is right now.
It will be great to see him and Josh Barnett, or a rematch with Sergei(lol), or vs Alexander Fedor…oh man those will be awesome.

Am I the only one who’s noticed that Overeem looked a good twenty pounds heavier than Badr? Love Overeem, love Badr, but not sure this was a completely even tilt.
P.S. How is Overeem getting so big? The cop-out is to say roids….but his jaw and skull seem to be larger than they were during his pride days at 205.
In sum 2 questions:
1. Even weight in this fight?
2. Is Overeem’s growth legit?
Did anyone else hear some guy yell “YOU SUCK!” when Overeem made his entrance? Pretty hilarious.
Also, I’m confused as to what he meant by his statement at the end regarding respect.
Can anyone clarify?
Great fight.
Perfect game plan for Overeem. His hands stayed tighted near the chin w/o blocking the vision. He throws tighted punch with a lot of weight behind it, very aggressive too. Badr was throwing long looping punches that missed too much that opened him up for counter punches. Badr also showed his fear after the punch that went between his hands and knocked his head backward. It’s very much over from that point in Badr minds: he knows it ’s bad day for him ot be in there. Running to his conrner asap also a great idea after the KO: The ref would not count until you’re there. Running to corner would lessen the time for his opponent to recover.
Hey mo, about why Alistair mentioned respect, I think it’s because Badr Hari once made a public statement in the ring of DREAM after the show, the statements are kind of insulting the MMA fighters such as “these guys are hugging and kissing”, “these guys cannot strike”, “if you want the real action you should go K-1″, which were really bad in any sense.
Well Hari is 225 and Alistair is probably close to 250, but thats what happens when you are in the heavy weight class – get as big as you want. Gotta love Alistairs runs to the corner lol
