I think BJ may not have the mental game needed to defeat Kenny right now- I mean look at the way he handled his loss to GSP, his interviews, etc. I like the guy, but I think KenFlo is on the rise and BJ is waning… it will be a good fight either way.

As being a UFC fan BJ needs to cut down on his weight more and cardio is a big factor in this up coming fight. I’ve been watching bj fight and he always look winded during is fights which is not good if he as to go the distance in the later rounds. I’m really a bj fan but Kenny is no push over either bj needs to go back to his old training ways Island style and stay away from all the junk and new stuff on the market if he wants to keep that belt but I whish bj the best of luck.
