Ok no excuses now, Dana just meet them and get some co promotion going, quit being a greedy bastard and start thinking about the fights besides money and your ferraris.

  2. Dave on December 5th, 2008 7:33 pm

    Damn right!

  3. gr0und&p0und on December 5th, 2008 7:58 pm

very smart guy when he quoted : i personally dont think brock lesnar would last the first round with fedor.
we all know that greedy punk dana is not going to show, but instead invite them to the ufc and try to lowball and sucker them into signing with the ufc.

  4. TMLF on December 5th, 2008 8:19 pm

What language was that? not Russian definitely, I would assume if he is Russian he would be speaking Russian, but he is not. Dana has to answer the call, or he will lose more respect from more ppl.

  5. dan on December 5th, 2008 8:55 pm

that was russian he was just mixing russina and english

  6. joey on December 5th, 2008 9:34 pm

  7. james on December 5th, 2008 9:51 pm

“Anything thats not Dana White is crazy or stupid” thats exactly how Dana acts.

  8. james on December 5th, 2008 9:58 pm

At least these guys can talk without saying F#ck every 2 seconds. What spokesman does that?

  9. swiftman on December 6th, 2008 2:07 am

sounds like they are starting to get a bit desperate, what sort of business man makes offers on youtube?

  10. Timbrado on December 6th, 2008 3:13 am

He was speaking dutch and engelish in one.lol

  11. Brendan on December 6th, 2008 12:58 pm

Dana has been great for mma, but does act like a punk. He knows Fedor would crush Lesnor and make him (Dana) look like a chump.
    Let the fighters fight!!!!!

Swiftman – “sounds like they are starting to get a bit desperate, what sort of business man makes offers on youtube?”

    Dude!!!
A: I’m sure this vid was uploaded to Youtube.
    B: It’s a interview!!
C: I’m wasting my time becuase you sound like a moron!!

Once again Cashville Heavyweight hits the nail on the head!!!
Its time for Dana to stop the ********!! LET THE FIGHTERS FIGHT!!

  13. dana white on December 6th, 2008 9:34 pm

I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU GUYS ARE SAYING. DANA IS A *****. BUUUUUUUT, WHO ELSE DOES M1 HAVE BESIDES FEDOR?????? NOONE. AND MAYBE THATS PART OF THE REASON WHY HE WONT LET IT HAPPEN. IT IS ******** THOUGH, I AGREE

    It’s true.
M-1 and affliction got those UFC haters and the supreme but unamericanized emperor; they got something which looks delicious but actually not. UFC got a huge fighter pool and fan pool, and they are really working on making more laymen, casual audience the real fans. I don’t like Dana but he’s a good businessman. He knows how to promote and make things happen eventhough sometimes what he does seems really stupid for the real fans (like most of the people leaving comments here or sherdog). No matter what M-1, WAMMA says, UFC is in its own game, they got steady game plan. Now UFC is going to explore the market in Germany, Phillipine, the people there will think that UFC=MMA. M-1, or Fedor and his manager really have to figure out how to “create their own market” instead of “share others’ market”.

    Dana is greedy agreed.

Dana and his bosses are money hungry agreed.

Dana acts like a superstar now…youtubing himself in his hotel, etc.

This is all about Dana. He and his chiefs made the UFC what it is as far as they are

concerned. They will never ever go into a situation which shares a piece of the pie.

They have built this baby up and it will stay the way they want. Just look at some of the

UFC lineups lately..the only good one being in December.

  16. MMAFAN on December 7th, 2008 3:21 pm

Does anyone remember why they started the UFC in the first place?!!
    Come on!!
Before Zuffa came along, the UFC was all about finding out what was the best style of fighting & who was doing it. It didn’t matter where you came from or who you were fighting for, as long as you were the best in the world.
In the core of any true MMA FAN that’s what it’s all about!
Hell!! Even Dana said it him self recently at the GSP vs PENN 2 press conference, but then went on to blame ‘the crazy russian’ for not letting it happen!!
How about focusing on the real issue.
Who cares about either promotion’s business endevours when it over shadows the true reason we watch this sport!!

  17. ryan on December 8th, 2008 12:32 am

why would dana do a co event with affliction when aff. is going out of business soon. he is smart and hell wait till fedor has no other main stream event to go to and will have to fight for ufc, then we will see how good he is

  18. ??? on December 11th, 2008 6:42 am

lol at last comment see how good he is lol he has many of times ask nog how bad he got punished ask tim silvia how he never touched fedor i can go on but i dont casue fedor proved him self and he is the best in mma and danna is greedy and wont make the deal. but the pressure from the fans might make him do the deal but danna dont like to be proven wrong casue he likes to pretend he knows wat hes talking about which he dont.

  19. ??? on December 11th, 2008 6:44 am

also do u know afflictions finacial status no so shut up ryan.

  20. kejick on January 19th, 2009 2:05 am

dam ive been going all over sites to find out if dana whites ganna show up for affliction to meet tha no dout best fighter in tha world dana losing up LET THA FIGHTERS FIGHT u care too much about money it well never stop rolling in as long AS FEDORS IN AFFLICTION IT WELL NEVER DIE if or when fedor fights lesner and 110% well beat lesner then shut danas mouth show respect dana

  21. mmanutcase on January 26th, 2009 2:39 pm

Vadim Finlelstein, fedors gaffer spoke to Fight Sport mag and answered a few questions.1 question was ‘Your relationship with the ufc????’Vadim responded.”Dana speaks for the organisation. He has always said that fedor will come to the UFC one day,but Dana is doing everything to prevent that.I think he’s afraid that some other organisation or fighter is going to take too big of a piece of the pie. He’s trying to force the UFC upon the public as the only show in town. The fact is,all other organisations in MMA have their champions fight each other to find out who is the best in the world. We would love a fight against their current top fighters.Brock Lesnar, for example, that fight is a no-brainer for us.And we know what fedor has already done to Nogueira.”

  22. Curtis on January 26th, 2009 6:58 pm

If fedor wants to fight the best, and he wants to fight consistently, for the biggest money, for the biggest crowds then sign with the ufc. Whip brock’s a!!, and become the biggest face of the ufc. What the hell can affliction offer fedor now? Josh barnett?HA! The ufc can offer fedor at least 3 top fights against solid competion, Fedor is by far the biggest missing link for the ufc, if he comes in and succeeds against the top heavywieghts, he will be the crown jewel of the ufc.BUT fedor needs the ufc more, he is missing a great oppurtunity. The ufc has got it all locked up and they ain’t sharing, but if you can compete at the top level, then you can fight top level fighters, every month ,sometimes twice a month. If you can’t beat em join em’. stop whining bitch
