The sledgehammer workout really does work,it's not just a gimmick.The great thing about it is that you can always move to a heavier sledge with time,ala dumbells.One very important point to remember is to hit a TRUCK tire not a car tire.The bigger and heavier the tire the better,a jumkyard is a perfect starting point.Think about it,when you hit that lighter tire solidly then your going to get a flying tire flipping into your dome,lol.Trust me,I'm of Russian descent,haha.
