Obviously everyone's opinion on what's best will vary but remember that at the end of the day its what works best for you that counts.

I've found that my big thing is trying to balance the right amount of protein, carbs and amino acids while trying to eat as many natural foods as I can.

Obviously 5-6 small meals throughout the day is optimum as far as portions go. I try to stagger it between protein heavy and carb heavy meals. So usually my first meal will be packed with protein and my next with carbs. It also depends on what your workout routine is as well. I try and stick to fish, egss and lean beef for my protein. Fish is really the best as its a great source for protein and omega acids.

I'm not one to watch my fat/caloric intake either but I pretty much avoid any non-natural sugars so that helps as well. I also don't do supplements either but I know plenty of guys who swear by them.
