Labrada CreaLean
Just thought I'd share my experience with you guys with Labrada's new CreaLean product. Started using this product about two months ago to see what the effects would be and how well it worked for me.
I actually am a fan of Labrada's products as their emphasis on balanced health is a concern not just "get big quick" type products. Anyways CreaLean is 100% pure creatine used to promote longer workouts and increase lean muscle. I'm not a fan of some of the super pump stuff as it makes me feel twitchy but this stuff seems to be working well for me. I notice an increase in performance and I'd have to say I'd guestimate about a 20 lbs pump increase on the same number of reps. Anyway, thought I'd share as it seems to be working for me

There's better stuff out there you can spend your money on. If you're looking for creatine then look into stacking MAN Clout and Body Octane together...
Clout: Bodybuilding.com - MAN Clout - Delivers The Goods... Big-Time! On sale now! Body Octane: Bodybuilding.com - MAN Body Octane - High-Voltage! On sale now! Run the stack for 50 days, it's more expensive than CreaLean but the results will speak for themselves. SizeOn (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/size.html) is a great creatine product too and arguably better than Clout and Body Octane stacked together. |

Really, all you need is a very good diet to achieve your goals, supplements do just what the name states - they supplement your diet. But solid protein and creatine products will definitely improve your results. |
