I love Fedor's Armbar application from the bottom, very nice

Aurelios win over Gomi was amazing.

The armbar has gotta be the godfather of submissions. I thought Shields popped Daleys arm last night when Daley tried slipping out of it..

Hermes Franca vs. Marcus Aurelio at UFC 90
Just learned of this info.This fight just made UFC 90 a whole lot better.Both guys are BJJ wizards who have heavy hands and can strike.I'd give a big advantage to Hermes on the feet and a small advantage to Aurelio on the ground.This is gonna be a sick sick fight.
