Arm Bar love
Probably my favorite submission in the entire ground game aresenal. When done correctly its a thing of beauty and awesome technical skill. It gives those with a sloppy ground game a rude-awakening when they think they are going to ground and pound you out.
The best example IMO of a beautiful arm bar was when Frank Mir snapped Tim Sylvia's arm in UFC 48. So what do you think of the Arm Bar???

That was a really great arm-bar as well. Very fluid. That's why people that write off submissions are in dangerous territory. A skilled submissions expert will mess you up in a hurry.
