Yes, guy is looking like a good Prospect came in to a fight on short notice vs a guy with 50 pro fights under his belt and riding a winning streak too and owned with a superman punch. hopefully WRV doesn't feed him to Josh Barnett too quick.

I was even thinking Travis Wiuff (54)wins vs him was rushing him. i was impressed. when he hit him with super punch and rocked most fighter would then start throwing bombs to drop. he went for the take down then finish him

Gomi part of 3 bouts announced for sengoku 6

Quote:
world victory road on wednesday announced three more bouts for its upcoming sengoku 6 event scheduled for nov. 1 at the saitama super arena in saitama, japan. Sengoku 6 features the semi-final and final rounds of both the lightweight and middleweight grand prix tournaments.

Leading the trio of announcements is mmaweekly.com's no. 2 ranked lightweight and former pride champion takanori gomi. He will step in to face russian red devil fighter sergey golyaev, who is on a three-fight winning streak, but hasn't fared well against top-level opposition.

Returning after an impressive knockout of travis wiuff in his debut performance, muhammad "king mo" lawal faces chute boxe fighter fabio silva in a light heavyweight bout.

Rounding out the announcement is the lightweight tournament reserve bout, previously reported by mmaweekly.com, featuring ufc veteran joe doerksen and pancrase fighter izuru takeuchi.
