Decent card. A couple key fights however the majority of fighters I don't have much experience with so it will take a good amount of homework on my part to really pick a winner.

I think that Yves Edwards has the skills to go the distance with Thompson but I believe that most will pick The Punk for the win.

The Southworth/Babalu fight has me really excited. I think this could be a really entertaining match and I see Southworth taking it with the upset over Babalu.

Riggs has never impressed me. He's from my state and I've seen him fight locally but when it comes to the big leagues he's always been less than impressive IMO

This card has potential. I'll be in attendance and I have no doubt that The Punk will take this one and will make it FOTN. Im skeptical of Babalu/Southworth being finished before five rounds, unless Babalu wants to pull out another devestating anaconda choke (plz do). Like Lascivious said, Riggs is never that great of a performer.

This a pretty Solid Card. Looking forward to seeing Joe Riggs, he lost his match bad ref early stoppage. Also looking to see Renato “Babalu” Sobral... the Main Event Cmon Strikeforce couldn't find anyone more worthy of title shot then Yves Edwards? lol.. guy lost his last fight. He is 4-6 in his last 10 fights...

Add Kim Couture to this event.. this only makes me think strike force will pick up Cyborg and Gina. strike force and elitexc had a good relationship. i see them taking alot of their fighters.

Quote:
Strikeforce announced on Sunday that they have added Kim Couture to the line-up of fights taking place on Nov 21 in San Jose, CA against fellow newcomer, Lina Kvokov in a bout that will be fought at 130lbs.

Couture was last seen in her professional MMA debut in June dropping a unanimous decision to Kim Rose while also suffering a broken jaw in the process.

“Losing that fight was the best thing that ever happened to me,” said Couture. “It’s completely changed me as a fighter. I’ve started doing things a lot different. It made me realize that I have to be the aggressor or I’m going to get hurt.”

The wife of UFC heavyweight champion, Randy Couture, Kim adds MMA fighter to an impressive list of other jobs as she also currently maintains the Xtreme Couture gym, has run promotions of her own under her brand “KC Concepts” and also managing several fighters under the Xtreme Couture banner.
