Personally I like that they're paying top name fighters well, its good for the sport IMO

Yes and no. Some are greedy and are getting money other fighters should get. And it's easy for fighters to get jealous or pissed off.

But overall the piss off does more for the sport IMO. It basically forces different promotions to take a more hard-line look at their finances and decide to increase their fighters salaries based on keeping them on their promotions.

You have a point. But fighters that get KO'd in 36 seconds, or like 2:30, shouldn't get 1.5 mill. Other fighters on that card should be piseed.

Yeah but he got paid for his name alone IMO. His amount was already determined before the fight, and while they should have known he would get spanked by Fedor I'm sure they had no idea it would be only 36 seconds ROFL!

lol. But then fighters on the undercard were making 10,000 for fighting three long, hard fought rounds. That is my point.
