*Shogun vs Machida predictions
Tis' this Saturday for the Light-heavyweight championship. Again I'd like to put my two cents in.

-Shogun vs Machida: I don't want to pick a winner in this though it's gonna be TKO in the third.
-Velasquez vs Rothwell: This is like IFL's best vs UFC top 5. I got Velasquez getting hurt in the first and finishing Ben in the second.
-Sonnen vs Okami: Okami 2nd round.
-Stvenson vs Fisher: Stevenson unan decision.
-Johnson vs Yoshida: Johnson 1st round Ko.

Besides the main event this card is light. Shogun vs Machida is the best matchup since Liddell vs Couture 2.

I honestly think machida will set the pace in this fight. shogun will hit machida with a couple of punches in the second and maybe finishing it with a leglock after machida rolls into his guard, maybe even a kimura....maybe u guys dont belive me but shoguns submissions are very fast. I JUST HOPE THIS HAPPENS LOL.

I cant pick a winner for the co main event LOL

Shogun has to get strikes from in close...plain and simple, most shots opponents land on Lyoto are from the clinch. I'm picking my bot Shogun, 2nd rd TKO!!!!!!!!

My boy Rumble Johnson is getting a KO, and Joe Daddy is getting and TKO victory IMO.

I got Okami by lop-sided decision, and Rothwell/Cain is a very hard fight to call. Rothwell is a crisp striker, and Cain needs to get this fight to the ground...Cain UD but if Rothwell won it wouldn't suprise me much.

Haven't seen too much of shogun since his comeback, he disposed of chuck so quickly...
so hard to judge, i'll go with machida just to be safe.

Talking
I'll probably be wrong but here it is anyway.

Lyoto Machida VS. Shogun Rua- Shogun via 2nd round TKO
Cain Velasquez VS. Ben Rothwell- Rothwell via 1st round TKO
Gleison Tibau VS. Josh Neer- Neer via Unanimous Decision
Joe Stevenson VS. Spencer Fisher- Stevenson via 2nd round Guillotine Choke
Anthony Johnson VS. Yoshiyuki Yoshida- Yoshida via Unanimous Decision

Let's see how right I am.

Yeah, I think it's because when you look at Machida's record and the people that he has beat, and then you look at the people that Shogun has beat. You can kind of see why so many people are picking Shogun.

I don't know about that one. Machida has fought top competition, it's just Shogun was once the best fighter at 205lbs and he only suffered one loss, and people started saying he is done. If we see Pride Shogun he will win.

Also Mayhem. I cannot see Yoshida lasting 3 rounds with Rumble...No way lol.

Got three out of four right. Called Johnson and Velasquez dead on. The pace of the LHCF was a bit slow, but I liked how smart and well timed the fight occurred.
