I know Rickson had stated in early 08 that he wanted to come back and compete. However he ALSO said that if he were to return he would easily and 100% defeat both Fedor and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.

This statement prompted Vanderlei Silva to state that Rickson is living in a fantasy world. ROFL

That's correct, his victory against Sakuraba in a rematch got overturned because of his steroid use.

If I had to pick the best Gracie I would have to say that Helio is probably the best followed by Rickson and Rorion

Yea, too bad he didn't need it since power wasn't his skill in fighting anyway. i think he only used it in his comeback.
