Kettlebells
Something my workout guys have recently begun using. For those that don't know kettlebells are handled weights that are use as opposed to free weights for the high range of motion. They are great for strength training and core training.

Anyone ever use them and have any tips on the best workouts?

I have used kettle bells only twice in my gym, i have to say this the most toughest excersise rotutine i have every done. My back was sore for a week. But i could feel it was getting stronger. The excersie we did was called "snatches" for 3mins for 3 rounds! very exsausting!!!
For info on snatches go here:

Awesome thanks! The guys at my Dept swear by them (the ones who actually use them LOL) so I'm interested to see the results I get.

I love kettlebells, they can give you a great power building workout.I also like the retro carnival strongman look to them. The one downside to kettles though is that they are very expensive and overpriced. If your paid then they are awesome but if your struggling a bit then you could always make your own(with McGuyver MMA knowledge, lol).

Been using them for a couple weeks now and I highly recommend these to anyone looking to strengthen their core and get a different type of workout than they are used to.

A+

Aren't they great? Definitely old-school type training but its something different and new. Always keep the muscles guessing right?
