Tips for cardio...
Title is pretty self explanatory, just post some tips you might have to help with cardio.
What kind of exercises do you do or know of that can help your cardio?

I'm not a prof fighter but I like to do a little amateur stuff from time to time. I generally use the Marine staggered workout for increased cardio and core strengthening. Its a mixture of both high intensity weighted moves and short bursts of muscular exertion. I'm not ripped or anything but it keeps me in decent shape.

Picked it up from Men's Health about a year ago and have been using it since.

For cardio activities, you can do dance, run, go biking, swimming, and just walking! They could be simple things that you do everyday!
