Tip on Lower Abs
I find that the lower ab is very hard to work on. there are not many workouts out there that help tone lower abs. Does any one know the most effective workout for the lower abs.

nstead of regular situps/crunches, try:
1. partner situps: seesaw motion where you face each other while lying down, grasp hands and one sits up while the other is relaxed and lying down
2. Leg raises (partner or individual)
3. hold your legs out straight 6 inch above ground for say, 15 sec, or however long you can hold it (use your abs not just your legs). Then rest, repeat
4. bicycle your legs while in crunch position
5. Do twists for side and lower abs
6. pull your legs up to torso instead of upper body towards torso like regular situp

^ thank for the options, I heard leg raises are really affective. Will look in to all of them!

Honestly this is my biggest issue as well. I don't work my abs a whole lot and they are my weakest point IMO. I really need to start working them more.

Is that a regular medicine ball, or something else?
