We have CNN on right now at work. They are covering this story pretty hard-core. Even had a statement issued by the FBI on earlier.

The FBI just confirmed that the dead body discovered in the SUV is the 7 year old nephew Julian.

Damn that's rough. Well we know that its been confirmed by the FBI that its Julian so we can wrap that part out.

But why shoot the kid in the head? You've already taken him away from the crime scene. If you were gonna kill him why not just do it there?

The Chicago Tribune cites law enforcement sources who say the boy was shot multiple times while in the back of the vehicle. Police are testing the clothing of the suspect in custody for gunshot residue -- we believe that to be William Balfour, the estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson's sister.

Wow, just a really sad story that continues to get worse. It wasn't bad enough for the first two people to get murdered, then the nephew went missing, then he was found shot multiple times. What else can go wrong?
