   Since both of their BJJ is top game for HW’s, I think this might be a wrestling///standup fight. I think Nog will win because I haven’t really seen Mir’s striking that often.

   Mir will be the new champ. Why? Technique. Nog doesn’t integrate his BJJ in his fights until the later rounds, Mir’s ground skills are far superior when implemented into MMA matches. I’m not worried about the stand-up factor at all; when was the last time anyone saw Nog KO anyone?? Quite some time..

   noguiera should never ever be underestimated. btw noguiera has the sickest bjj skills on the planet. but he’s gonna have his hands full with mir, i know that much. =)

    I love Mir but hes in trouble against big nog. Some of you guys knnow what yer talking about, but most of you are clueless. “Nog doesn’t integrate his BJJ in his fights until the later rounds” ? Yeah against Tim Silvia, a striker with good take-down defence, thats not exactly a description of Frank Mir, and this fight wont play out that way. And did Someone bring up Kimbo?! Either of these guys would destroy him… Brock would destroy him… But he fights bums so probably some bum will just destroy him soon. Anyway Nog beats Mir… He better striking and hes better on the ground. BJJ has may levels, Mir is good but Nog is world class.

    I would give the edge to mir in striking, the cardio and endurance to nog and it depends on where they are as to who is better on the ground, both have good guards. I see nog jumping to guard and mir laying on him throwing short punches and elbows and winning a long boring fight by decision.

    When was the last time MIR knocked anybody out? Quite some time. Not to mention Nogueira doesn’t fade, late finisher yeah. When was the last time anyone has seen MIR go to decision. I’ve said it for years that MIR is too heavy for his own good. Watch MIR vs MARCIO “PE DE PANO” CRUZ before you put money on MIR. I don’t see MIR lasting 5 rounds with NOGUEIRA and i don’t see NOGUEIRA getting knocked out or submitted.

    I Think Frank Mir will take Nog. Maybe not right away. But he will take him, But I dont put it past nog that he could take Mir But Mir is a lil bit better at striking then nog in my view.
