LOL… at the pre-fight penn fans. penn was EXPOSED as the overrated, dumpy, sack of hawaiin monkey $h1t that he is and always has been. LOL @ the sport passing him by at super-sonic speed.
if only penn were able to borrow the back to the future delorean from doc brown and go back in time. he could have ran a few more laps under water with a rock so he would have had the energy to go out in the 5th and accept his KO like a man.

Daaaankneeessss….Daaaaaaaaaaannnnnnkkknneeeeeeeesssssss…..sshhh…shhhhhh…it’s ok…it’s oookkkkk….maybe somewhere, somehow, BJ is getting Krunk as we speak…maybe his hospital room has a big pimped out “BJ Krunkmeister Penn” sign with like, glitter and stuff on it…maybe his I.V. fluid bag is made of gold and is gem encrusted and says “Krunk Juice” on it…maybe he’s getting all stupid flexible and doing krazy krunk stupid flexibility exhibitions for the other hospital patients while insulting and berating them and saying, “By the time I’m done getting all krazy krunk stupid flexible, YOU’RE GOING TO THINK I’M GOD!” Maybe. Or maybe he’s digging around that swollen, bloodied, battered face of his trying to find his mouth so he can shove a donut into it…but he won’t be able to fit it in with all that crow that he’s choking on right now, so he’s just going to get frustrated and quit…but he won’t just quit…he’ll have his brother do it for him.

Wow…for those of you talked as much trash about GSP as BJ did, I REALLY hope you watched the fight. If you didn’t, trust me, it was hilarious. I mean serious EPIC FAIL on BJ’s part. He was one of my favorite fighters, but all my respect for him as a man went out the window with his pre-fight antics and unnecessary insult slinging towards GSP and his camp. What a jackass. If you’re going to act like such a cocky douchebag, at least show up in the best shape of your life and fight for your life. I mean, he did say, “to the death”, right? What a justified ending to a one sided thrashing. He quit. He wouldn’t even look up or say anything. He didn’t tap from strikes…he did worse. He was so battered, beaten and scared that he refused to face GSP for the last round, knowing that he would get KO’d. In BJ’s own words, I guess that makes him a “little bitch”, huh? Did you see how scared he looked before and during the fight? Pathetic. If he had just kept his mouth shut and fought a good fight, I wouldn’t have cared who won…I just wanted to see a great battle. Instead I saw a superior athlete and better fighter in every aspect who earns his respect as a true champion completely demolish a chunky, out of shape, arrogant trash talker with no respect for the sport, his career or himself. BJ’s standup crumbled against a superior striker. He couldn’t even get in a clean punch. He couldn’t get a kick, an elbow, a knee…nothing. GSP lit him up like a spliff and smoked him. BJ’s awesome takedown defense was a joke compared to GSP’s takedown clinic. BJ’s ability to escape and stand up once taken down was non existent while being manhandled by a stronger, faster, determined GSP. BJ’s awesome guard was completely useless as GSP passed at will and pounded his face. BJ’s incredible BJJ was nullified by GSP’s flawless wrestling and constant assault…not even one submission attempt from BJ, and that’s his specialty. BJ’s new improved cardio? Unmatched heart and killer instinct? LOL!!! He was gassed and mentally broken in the first round. Not only hasn’t he improved, he’s slipped. Big time. GSP gets better with every fight and trains like a champion. BJ’s heart isn’t in the fight game any more. I predict he retires very soon. Especially after this utterly spirit crushing, ego decimating ass whooping. If he couldn’t get motivated for this fight, he’s done. Now BJ has to swallow his pride, eat his words, pick himself up and get motivated to get back in the gym and train harder than he ever has in his life…all in the wake of a humiliating defeat. Or take the easy road out and walk away from the sport…quit. He showed who he really is when the chips are down. That being said, I hope BJ actually pulls his head out of his crack and grows up, becomes a better fighter, and more importantly, a better man. He is one of the most gifted athletes with more potential than almost any fighter in UFC history. But he’s lazy, arrogant, disrespectful and delusional. Congratulations to GSP. Talented, hard working, determined, and humble in victory and defeat. A true champion and a boon to the sport.

Sooo…uuuhhh…what are the odds that BJ is getting “krunk” right now? I mean, right now, at this moment, on a scale of 1 – 10…about where would you put him on the “Krunk Meter”? Let’s see…broken nose, cut under the eye, near death from exhaustion, embarrassed from all the disrespectful trash talk he dished out to GSP, GSP’s camp, and even Dana…none of which was lived up to…I’m guessing he’s not wearing his “Krunk hat” and gettin’ all “Krunk” in the hospital on a “Krunk I.V. drip”….just a guess though. But what do I know? I mean, I just called every aspect of the fight while others relied on BJ style smack talk and delusions of grandeur. Well, I did say ref stoppage in the 2nd or 3rd, but turns out GSP wanted to punish him for a few rounds first…turned out better that way…gave BJ a chance to show his big mouth is overshadowed by his weak heart. Don’t tell me he didn’t quit. He did. Like a “little bitch.” He wouldn’t respond when they asked him if he could continue, he didn’t say, “I’m fine, let’s go…to the death!” He just sat there with his head hung low gasping for air and trying not to cry. He wouldn’t turn around or even look up. That’s about the most pathetic form of quitting possible. Did you see him protest when his corner said, “He’s done”? No. He still wouldn’t look up. His touted stand up was nothing (only got one 2 punch combo the whole night which did no damage), his brilliant BJJ was absent (not 1 successful submission attempt), he couldn’t get off his back to save his life, his awesome takedown defense was crushed by GSP’s superior takedowns, his “stupid flexibility” (c’mon guys…really…stfu about his flexibility…this is fighting not yoga) did nothing for him, his improved conditioning was a joke as always, and he didn’t get GSP on his back once. I lost a lot of respect for BJ the man recently. As a fighter, I still think he has as much raw talent as any of the top fighters in the world. Maybe more. Problem is, he’s a slacker and an under achiever due to his ego and lack of respect for others…and himself. He’ll never be the fighter he thinks he is because he wants the respect and admiration more than the hard work it takes to earn it. He was a bad ass when he was young, but his head grew too fast too early and he peaked. Now he relies on insults and trash talk to cover up his lack of will/heart and growth as a fighter. Sad. It’s not too late for him to wake up, grow up, and turn his attitude around, train hard and be the best fighter he’s capable of being…but most likely, he won’t. No discipline. That’s too bad. I’d love to see him get off his self made pedestal and live up to his potential. On another note, congratulations to GSP. He’s a true champion. Hard working, humble, driven, talented, and respectful. He doesn’t beg for respect…he earns it. He’ll dominate the division until the eminent GSP vs Anderson Silva fight. That fight could go either way as well. Die hard Spider fans will tell you GSP has no chance, but that’s ridiculous. Anderson would be dominated by GSP’s wrestling superiority. Silva’s best chance is to keep it standing and play to his strengths as a striker. Problem is, GSP is unstoppable as a takedown expert. Once Silva is tired, he won’t have any snap in his punches/kicks. Anyone see the Travis Lutter vs Spider fight? Spider almost got pounded out and he got tired, and was unable to do anything from the ground. GSP is way better than Lutter as a dominate wrestler. MMA is about strategy and winning..not just standing in front of your opponent and exchanging strikes like idiots. If he did that with Spider, he might be in trouble, even though GSP’s standup is very good. Play to your strengths and exploit your opponents weaknesses. That would be an awesome fight. Now let the “GSP would kill Silva!” and the “Silva would kill GSP!” comments continue…just as it did for the GSP vs Penn fight. Reality is that both Silva and GSP train like animals and are both extremely skilled. Can’t wait…that’s a dream fight…not this last one.

Wow…that was a one sided thrashing. Kinda funny how BJ said he would fight to the death and that GSP was a quitter, and it was BJ who quit…and after talking all that trash…kinda sad. I think BJ only got in two weak punches the whole fight, no submission attempts, no takedowns, and he got taken down repeatedly and ate punches, kicks, knees and elbows for 4 rounds… until he quit. I used to like BJ, but after all that trash talk and cocky, disrespectful insult hurling with nothing to back it up except a busted up face and an anti-climactic surrender, I kinda think he’s a jackass that’s eating a whole lot of crow right now. From “The Prodigy” to “The Punching Bag”…ouch. GSP has evolved into a great fighter, and improves with every fight…he hasn’t even peaked and he’s destroying everyone. Stay at lighweight, BJ…I’m not even sure he’ll keep the belt there…his heart isn’t in fighting anymore. I’ll bet he retires soon.

I Cant wait to see the second fight! This first one should have been a draw. I don’t understand why everybody keeps saying that GSP have evolved into such a better fighter. He’s about the same as when they last met. any loss he suffered since then was either a fluke or….a fluke. I’m a big GSP fan so dont think i’m hatin on him i just dont see how he’s that much better than he wasbefore. As for bj well the only person who can beat him right now is GSP and only if he’s been lying about taking his training seriously(which i don’t think he is). This is gonna be a great fight because they are so evenly matched so anyone saying GSP or BJ is gonna smash the other is just dumb.

theres is alot of people underestimating penn.The guy is very basic.. nothing fancy on the stand up but very very effective.. his ground game is pretty freaken sick!! i look at gsp as a very well train what ever you wanna call it fighter.. but bj was bred to fight just never gave it his all. i like it when people underestimate.also, gsp stand up is superb only to dummies. bj very conservative and waits
to strike. he waits for the mistake..
