    This is a perfect punch delivered after Alistair makes the mistake of letting Rua post up on him and measure. Beautiful timing with brutal power and lightning speed. A+++ (What a .gif this makes from all angles!)

    oh man……this is indeed ironic to watch this fight right now….
    Alistair is the top HW contenter right now, he just had a great 2008 and looking good in 2009.

    Shogun……finally recover and now picking up again by matching up the MMA pickle Mark Coleman….
