   Dude Justin Wilcox is frigging huge man, looks like a damn bodybuilder. How can he be a 155lber? And nice armbar.

   zzz, usually it’s better to have the beef in the quads and hamstrings than in the biceps and pecs.. Ishida has some nice explosive power in his legs.

   I’ve known Justin since he was a kid. He has a very intense work ethic and knows the price of success. He got caught with a very nice kimura / armbar transition by a world top ten guy. He’ll be back and won’t get caught in that one again. Nevertheless, Ishida looked very composed and quick as usual and will be a top contender in Strikeforce.
