chuck didn’t even get hit hard! i mean, that punch barely grazed him… he took a dive if you ask me ahahahaa… honestly, i thought he might have broken his neck when i saw it live. someone at the house actually said, “holy @#$%, is he dead?”

No one takes a dive and lands face first…His arm was like jello when he hit the floor. Chuck leaves himself wide open everytime he throws a punch. After Rampage 2, fighters are now swinging when Chuck does. A little of his fear factor went out the door that night…definetly after the Jardine fight.
you 2 are fu#%ed in the head . i quess you 2 have never been punched like that it was right on the chin the ko spot perfect. i feel real bad for chuck him and randy couture and my fav fighters . his time is done . he need to cover his face kick more throw take downs he need a new trainer that or its over . lucky punch but if you watch suger he is looking for that punch . really the over hand right with a limping left before. thats classic chuck liddel.. rashad won with chucks move and game plan. everyone knows what chuck is gonna do. new trainner partners and more mma takedowns kicks etc. anyone who knows chuck liddel and reads this should tell him to train with couture forest griffen and wanderlie sliva. he needs more to his game plan HANDS UP CHUCK. i no chuck could at least try to fight total different . or else the iceman is no more . god love mma and i allways pray the fighters saftey and don’t have a majoy injury. thats disapline and respect. a smart fighter is a succssesfull. think about it. gsp anderson sliva randy couture fedor forrest griffen.

Yeah, it was pinpoint accuracy. There’s no way that was fake. Lidell’s arm was at a terrible angle for faking it when he was lying on the ground, and why would you inflict more pain on yourself by twisting your own arm into a horrible angle?
No. That was real. He found the home for that punch and it landed square on Lidell’s jaw.
Anyone saw the long Dong fight. Hes amazing
dang imagine if rashad’s left hand would’ve caught him also as he was going down, that would’ve been sick. This sure is going to be a ufc k.o highlight.

Hi. I never posted a comment before, but this time I will. I am so happy that finally somebody proved that Liddel’s boxing skills extremely limited and over rated. He hits like a trunk but has no technique what so ever. Any MMA fighter with average boxing skills (Rampage or Evans) or smart enough to out strike him (Machida) can put him away. I was so looking to see Anderson Silva kick his arrogant ass, but I think it won’t happen. He even dared to call Fedor out saying that he was over rated…. HA! Fedor would have broke his jaw in 36 secs. Dana’s golden boy is done and I coul not be happier. I don’t like evans but saturday night, I was his biggest fan.

I loved seeing the punch from all those angles. That punch was N I C E. Thanks for posting the gifs – no doubt all youtube vids will be pulled in a few days.
I kind of side with Ron on this one – I think that Chuck’s skills lack the breadth to compete at the top anymore. Liddell’s a bit of a one trick pony – even though it’s a darn good trick it’s getting stale. If the old dog can’t learn something new, its time for retirement.
i agree that hes gonna need to change something to come back but at this point do u really think he wants to come back with little to no chance at a title…im sure he can make alot of money fighting ken shamrock in elite xc
hes too old chuck is, he living in the past where fighters werent as experienced and didnt have the total arsenal, look at forrest although i though rampage had it, i give props to forrest cuz he included all different strikes, kicks, punches, and kept hands up!!! he also had the footwork. its now official greg jackson is the best camp.

It was a nice knockout for Evans. Lucky punches always happen in the MMA world. I bet Evans was surprised when he opened his eyes Chuck was going down.
Watch the video carefully. If it barley hit him he wouldn’t of got knocked out. That was a super accurate punch. Very clean too. I don’t like Rashads style but beautiful knock out

Evans may well be the smartest fighter out there. He ran for the first round purposley making Liddell chase. If you listen to the post fight interview Evans said he had to beat Liddell “at his own game”. Liddell is the counter puncher supreme he does not like being the aggressor. Evans made him have to be.
Watch the fight in the second round evans begins to pick liddell of with jabs and fast 1 2s. Liddell becomes fustrated and stalks evans. Then you look, Evans knew what Liddell was going to do he sets his feet waits for Liddell to throw he knew he would drop his left as he always does and he gambled he would be quicker he put everything into that shot. BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if that wasnt the best knockout of 2008 then i would have 2 give it 2 rampages knockout win ova silva at ufc 92 but both were good knockouts chuck and silva was both laid out cold…OUCH!!!!!
