    eric needs to lern sum rubber quard if hes to stay on the back. rubber guard is the futre for those not so strong wrestlers

    i agree, pullin the leg over bonners back would have kept the distance closed , and used less energy, bonner dealt with him pretyy easily.

    not everyone has the flexibility in the knees to do rubber guard. it took me awhile before i could actually hold rubber guard
