I’d still pick Griffin in the rematch. Griffin is a solid 155. Uriah is way too small for 155 as well. BJ would absolutely run through Uriah Faber too. BJ is a better striker and his TD defense is too good for Faber and if it hit the ground Uriah would still be in trouble.

That was Urijah’s 9th fight in 2 years of professional fighting. It was Tyson’s 3rd fight in 2 years of professional fighting.
That fight is also the reason Urijah dropped to 145.

Any more excuses?

Urijah was pretty green at this point. He wins in a rematch and at this point, he could give BJ a serious run if he deceided to move up to 155.
