GSP! IF OVER RATED!! cmon!! he is such a ****! he knows Hardy would light him up on the feet! so like a punk B*! he takes him down every round! what a grade A punk!!! Hardy is the best welterweight out there!!! he is gonna tear up everybody then next time Gsp is done!!

  5. gage on March 28th, 2010 4:10 am

hey eddie that is kinda the point. you fight how you know your good at fighting. so yeah the point kinda was to take him to the ground dumbass. Your just pissed cause hardy couldnt hit him the entire time and got his ass beat. And if hardy ever gets another chance, the exact same thing is gonna happen. so dont be such a sore loser and take what happened. if hardy was the best welterweight out there, he would have one. so shut the ****up.

  6. scott free on March 28th, 2010 4:11 am

  7. joe on March 28th, 2010 4:29 am

HEY EDDIE, YOUR AN IDIOT. HARDY IS A TOOL AND GSP’S GAME IS GRAPPLING SO THATS WHAT HE DOES IS TAKE PEOPLE TO THE GROUND. FIGHTERS USE WHAT THEIR GOOD AT. HARDY ISNT EVEN GOOD ENOUGHT TO BE IN THE CAGE WITH GSP. AND AS FOR A REMACH WITH THEM. ITLL NEVER HAPPEN, U THINK DANA WHITE WOULD LET A REMACH HAPPEN WHEN HARDY DIDNT EVEN TAKE ONE ROUND??? YOUR A ****LOSER….YOUR PROBABLY ANOTHER STUPID MEXICAN ARNT YOU?

  8. B-Diggs on March 28th, 2010 5:46 am

i wish gsp would leave jacksons camp. jackson doesnt want fighters to put on shows. when the crowd boo’s thats when jackson knows his game plan is working i used get excited when gsp came out to fight remember when he fought matt huges the first time and landed that spin kick that ****in rocked his cage but now days jackson would ratherhave gsp dry hump his opponents he is a well rounded fighter just wish we could see that again in his fighting so thanx for another 25mins waisted

  9. KidCanada on March 28th, 2010 6:23 am

Eddie, I think you and Hardy both missed the take down defense class!
If you want to stay on your feet in this sport, you’re going have to know take down defense!
It’s strategy, you can punch a person who’s on the ground, but the person on the ground can’t really punch you!
    This isn’t boxing!
And no way Hardy will get another shot!

  10. Justen on March 28th, 2010 10:30 am

Gsp is a beast, but in all fairness hardy deffinatly earned some respect. His ground defense was great, and even after almost getting his arm tore clean off he still fought back. That was an amazing show of endurance on both sides. Great fight over all.

  11. JOE on March 28th, 2010 10:46 am

YOU ARE A FUNKIN IDOIT THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FIGHTING…GSP STUCK TO WHAT HE IS GOOD AT WHICH IS GRAPPLING, ITS NOT HIS FAULT THAT HE COUDNT FINISH THE FIGHT BECAUSE HARDY IS ACTUALLY A GREAT FIGHTER. YOU SHOULD STICK TO WHAT UR GOOD AT AND CUT MY GRASS!!!

  12. jonee on March 28th, 2010 11:05 am

HADRY IS GOD. GSP IS A PU55Y BIG TIME. SCARED TO FIGHT LIKE A MAN ON HIS FEET SO HE TOOK HIM DOWN TO DRY HUMP HIM. GSP IS A PRUNE.. ID BEAT THE FOOL ON FEET NO PROBS.. DAN HARDY ALL THE WAY

  13. Rajeet Walia on March 28th, 2010 12:03 pm

Eddie u’ve completely lost it man, u need to watch Boxing, K-1 or Muay Thai if u love stand up fighting so much, stop watching MMA, u made no sense at all!

  14. newfie on March 28th, 2010 12:27 pm

  15. Dirty Sabu on March 28th, 2010 12:39 pm

Hardy a god, what did you sniff up your nose this morning? Must have had something mixed with your meth cuz your yelling and going all nuts and dillusional. I knew it before Hardy was a joke and doesn’t even deserve to be in the ring with GSP. All you brits crying cuz your brawler boy got beat down at anything GSP did. ****, GSP even took him down while just on one of his legs, Hardy couldn’t defend worth **** cuz he has no experience. Go back to the Monks and do your fancy moves, I couldn’t stop laughing at that, he thinks that makes him a fighter.

The other point you diaper filled ****es are trying to make is that Dan would beat him on their feet. Show me one good punch that landed when they were! He had lots of time to throw but whenever he did he couldn’t even land anything. He trash talked like all you twatters do all day and said he’d have 25 mins of his fist hitting GSP’s face, come on, talk is cheap and GSP proves that. GSP could have beat him standing np, it was GSP that got the best punch in the whole fight. The only thing ****less Dan landed clean was when he was on top for that brief moment in round 2 and he only landed once, not even much behind it. Dan will NEVER get a rematch in the next 4 years, he has power and thats it, if he knew how to use it, he would be a good fighter but hes not, no brit is for that matter atm. It was cool when your mouth trashing man**** Bisping got knocked the ****out and lost to the axe murderer, we now add another. Even though Dan may be ****less he does have balls there as he didn’t tap, I give him that, but he is ****less.

  16. matt on March 28th, 2010 12:54 pm

leave it up to gsp to produce another boring a$$ fight of watchin the same f**kin thing over and over again… ya hes the best in that weight class but is definetly one of the most boring fighters to watch… period

  17. Hardysuckdonkeys on March 29th, 2010 8:52 am

Hardy is a good boxer nothing more …he is good at this but still Gsp is way higher then him in striking aswell …the only hit was from Gsp if u saw that … so hardy can go back and play wtfiamveryhard in stand up …. one thing for Hardy is that he got a heart …he didnt tap out when most of them would so the one point for him rest is all Gsp ..he is way superior in any aspect then any in welterweight …. i think the only guy that was capable of doing some damage to him is Bj Penn as he is very well rounded fighter (i am not counting mister “iwasluckytohitgsp” matt serra wich for me is freaking funny dwarf:D)
so all in all GSP pwnz rest can learn to sprawl if they want any chances against him … if not just stay at home or he gonna brake you in some way and you will be on your back alot and that is not a secret :D

  18. radelta on March 29th, 2010 6:57 pm

@Matt. I totally agree with you there buddy. I’m definantly not going to buy a pay perview with a GSP main event again any time in the future. This was literally one of the most boring fights ive ever seen.
Sure you can defend GSP and say it was his strategy or whatever but whos going to be excited to see a fight like this?

  19. Bikerz on March 29th, 2010 9:39 pm

GSP FOR LIFE !!!!! GSP POUR LA VIE !!!!! VIVE LES QUEBECOIS !!!

  20. Brad Pitt, NY on March 29th, 2010 10:18 pm

  21. paul on March 31st, 2010 12:32 pm

i dont think gsp did really any damage he just out wrestled hardy…. smart but yes very very very **** made

  22. April on April 4th, 2010 9:53 am

Ok guys, lets face the facts. If Hardy sucked, he wouldnt have been able to stay in the ring for 5 rounds with GSP. He also slipped out of some nice submission attempts. However, St.Pierre is the best in the welterweight division. The fight could have been a little more exciting but I was still very entertained.

  23. Jon on April 6th, 2010 10:22 am

yo who cares if GSP kept Dan hardy on the ground, thats part of being a mma fighter. The truth is Dan hardy as good as he is, is not match for GSP. I really watnted Hardy to win but thats not gonna happen,. yea Dan is pretty good on his feet, but he doesnt have enough skills or experience of the ground, so he lost. So dont call GSP a ****, you wouldnt last 3 minutes with him, maybe less.

  24. stoneyoaks on April 16th, 2010 10:59 pm

This ought to shut every GSP hater up right here. Yes, he could’ve made it a little more exciting, but it was exciting enough to watch. Understand what being cold on our feet means. It means you can keep it on the feet! It means you can use your best weapon, which was Hardy’s hands. What was the problem? The problem was, Hardy could’n't do what he wanted or planned to do. GSP didn’t let him. Let’s switch over to GSP’S side real quick. He imposed his will on Hardy. When they did trade punches, GSP out punched him. (Remember that two hit combo counter that Hardy ate and then was forced to smile at GSP to play it off) Anytime someone smiles and hesitates after eating a punch is because they underestimated their opponent and didn’t think they were that strong.
Which brings me to this point. If Hardy saw that GSP was successfully executing EVERY SINGLE TAKE DONE ATTEMPT, he should have let his hands go and tried everything to keep it on the feet. But he couldn’t!
Flash back to the PIERRE AND SERRA rematch, Pierre had respect for Serra’s hands so he out-muscled him, over-powered him on the ground, kneed the crap out of his ribs and knotted his face up.
Conclusion- GSP wants to DOMINATE every one of his opponents. And he does. No matter how big they are (Alves UFC 100), and no matter how cold on the feet ( Hardy UFC 111).
GSP WILL NOT GAS OUT BEFORE HIS OPPONENT, so when they do, he can do what he wants.

  25. gavin on April 27th, 2010 6:17 pm

dan hardy has some ballz for not tapping

  26. edgein on May 10th, 2010 7:45 pm

people say hardy is good on his feet… Well GSP showed him up in his own game for those few mins… But what it came down to was who could keep their game in play, and GSP did just that.

  27. yusef on May 13th, 2010 9:43 pm

Ok first thing is to all the people that was saying how boring that fight was, and how gsp was a ***** for taking him to the ground, If your a real ufc fan you shouldn’t give a **** were every the fight takes place weather the ground or on da feet it does not matter, the only time when a fight is boring is when nobody is doing nothing in da cage, so **** everybody that don’t know what real ufc, mma is

  28. yusef on May 13th, 2010 9:53 pm

FIRST is to all the people that was saying gsp was a p***y for taking the fight to the ground and how the fight was corny, if you are a real ufc fan u should not care were the takes place weather on da ground or on da feet it does not matter, and all the people that was say gsp is the worst yall are probably some dumb a** brits thats been on hardy’s d**k from day one so f**k yall.

  29. Plucky on May 22nd, 2010 12:31 am

Bottom line, opinions are like a$$holes. Fact is GSP is simply on another level way above ANY fighter in pro. MMA. He mythotical in every movement and hes always actively trying to end the fight. Anyone who got bored watching that fight vs Dan Hardy has no idea what fighting is and should probably go find some redneck tough man competition to watch instead. GSP for president plz!!

  30. Dainiel on May 28th, 2010 4:42 pm

All you people who are saying GSP is a ***** for fighting onthe ground are idiots. if your a good fighter you find the opponents weekness and exploit it . hardy cant fight on the ground and even when they stood up GSP got the best of him.

  31. jarron on June 7th, 2010 2:58 pm

    GSP will take silva down

  32. Mike on August 23rd, 2010 2:46 am

Your damn right GSP will take Silva down and finish him. Silvas manager knows this and is avoiding that fight at all costs. I know someone on the inside who said this to me. GSP is perfectly game to fight Anderson, but the UFC doesnt want their glory boy to lose to a smaller man. Georges St. Pierre is the number one best lb for lb fighter in mma, period. Most mma magazines recognise this now.
