#1 p4p in the world? can he beat me?
i don’t think you understand what p4p (pound for pound) means
my friend is starting is pro career on the 21 of november i wont say is name but he will be fighting for pure fighting for his first pro fight to date and he is in the 157 and below weight class and he is the #1 p4p man in the world i beleave he benches over 300 pounds and all his amature fights never lasted more then 30secs he is a older fella but it don’t show from the speed he has and the amazing heavy hands an lifting power he has. there is no man at his weight i beleave that has a remote chance of beating him. and u cant call silva the greatest fighter ever untill he gets at least 40 or more fights under is belt undeafeted then i will maby beleave it but know adays u dont see fighters with over 40 fights like old sugar ray robinson the real suger ray which has i might be wrong on the number but his professional career is 128-1-2 with 84 kos when turned pro but all together he fought 202 bouts in his life time and ranged his weight from light weight to light heaveyweight and was dominant in all of them which proves his greatness and i beleave u will never see a prime machine like that ever again which is to bad and also ufc isnt the greatest fighting franchise in history untill it been around more then 100 years like boxing then it will be able to have that stamp.
You’re wrong. It has nothing to do with number of fights, it’s about the quality of the fighters you face. Beating 40 guys that are past their prime or just beginning their career isn’t fair. Anderson Silva is destroying guys believed to be the top fighters in the world. Quality of quantity. Yuki Kondo fights a shietload, but you don’t see him being ranked highly. Penn on the other hand is ranked number one lightweight even though he has less than 20 fights total.
werdum could slim down a little i hope he’s comfortable at that weight
who will die tonight? any thought?
ok fighting 40 guys is not mean your fighting chumps if your good it means your facing the new up and comers and sugar ray faced all the greats in his time and won and he never faced chumps except at the start of his career. and for one thing most of the ufc fighters are chumps silva just faced a guy with a record of 4-4 now wats that and he is number 2 ranked in his divison like common that record would get u lauged at in boxing or any othere sport and he was going for the belt give me a break it was a practice match for silva or sparring lol. and its about quantity when your number one in the world so that means u aint fighting chumps so if silva dont get over at least 40 fights with no more then 4 loses at least he wont be the greatest in my books untill then and then he will have proven him self as being the p4p champ cause he would have faced all the new up and comers for a long time and won so thats wat i think.. and sugar ray in his time if u lost u did not eat and your kids starve so all the boxers were fighters and there not to be a joke and he was black to boot and in those days that wasnt a favored color which made it harder and plus the mafia had there hands deep in boxing and sugar shut them down and didnt let them contol him and sugar is no doubt the number 1 p4p fighter ever and always will be and if u think other wise u should take your head out of your ##@ and breath the air of real life.
